You may remember a few weeks ago Hannah asked on Facebook if any of you lovely lot could help her out with some specifics for a horse that had been rescued from slaughter in Ukraine. Well below is our beautiful ‘Ruslan’ in his new tack and looking good.

In the first box sent out was tack, supplements, wormers and everything Ruslan needed. The lovely Pashington is doing amazing things- Pasha, Dymytro and the gang from the Hippo Centre in Kropyvynitsya have been trying to evacuate more horses from a bomb damaged farm in the Donetsk region.

They managed to rescue a 9month foal that had been orphaned and the rest of the herd wouldn’t accept her. She is now safe at the Hippo Centre. Her name is “Silvia”. She needs some TLC and some treatment but will be fine. She is stabled next to her new big brother “Ruslan” who has taken her under his wing.

I sent a second package of supplements & wormers with the lads when they took the 4x4’s in May and they got to meet Pasha whilst there.
I’m collecting meds, supplements and ointments to send out to Pash as soon as I can. If anyone can help with items or wishes to donate financially, please drop me a message.
