This type of patch is worn by Wagner mercenaries active in various African countries, including Sudan and Mali. It's previous owner most likely took part in Wagner activities in Africa, before fighting in Ukraine.
This piece has been captured by 3rd Assault Brigade during their offensive in Bakhmut, May 2023.

All proceeds from the sale of these patches will go towards helping members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

All items for sale have been bought back from inside Ukraine while completing missions in the country unless stated otherwise. All money from this purchase goes back into helping Ukraine.
