Our business is death and business is well. 
This particular patch recalls a design popular among wagner mercenaries before the group was publicly acknowledged. Pieces like this were spotted among senior wagner personnel, particularly on soldiers close to Prigozhin during the uprising. It's a rare piece, most likely only availble to only experienced wagner fighters.
This specific one was gathered during the battle of Bakhmut, by 3rd Assault Brigade, in may 2023.
